A: For average head size,I suggest you use three bundles wefts and one closure for one head.
Q2. What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1, Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
3, Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Q3. Why are my hair getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair every 3-4days.
Using a soft brush or wide tooth brush to bomb you hair slowly,with starting at the bottom .
Q4. How long does it last?
A: How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year.
Q5: Why the colors of hair don`t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different colours.
Q6: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Yes, you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q7: Can I dye /color the hair?
A: Yes. our hair is 100% human hair ,which can be colored.
Q8: How to distinguish 100% human hair from mix hair?
A: human hair has high-melting-point while other mixture has low-melting-point.So you can use iron to iron our hair.If there were 100% human hair,there would be no any melted.
Q9.: Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q10. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but there might be some minimum exist in the bundle
Q11. Is there any Customs tax?
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
